Michael S. Dodig
Attorney Michael Dodig has devoted his entire career to public service. Before becoming an attorney, Michael served as a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne Division in the U.S. Army for four years. After fighting overseas in Grenada, he continued serving as a paratrooper and as an instructor at the Advanced Airborne School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He has taken the work ethic and dedication that the military instilled in him and has applied them to his practice of law.

Michael is very active in the Lee’s Summit community. He currently serves on the boards of directors for the Lee's Summit Historical Society and Summit Theatre Group. He is a former city councilman and a past president of the Lee’s Summit R-7 School Board. He has served on the boards of directors of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and the Lee’s Summit Economic Development Council, as well as many civic committees and task forces. He is involved in Rotary and has been an adult leader in youth baseball, softball, basketball and Cub Scouts. The Dodig Law Firm is a “Partner in Education” with Richardson Elementary in Lee's Summit.
